Hosted by Coaches Dave Nichols and Dominic Cross, this weekly workout is the center of our fall training program. Boys and Girls ages 3rd through 8th grade are welcome.
Each week athletes will spend 45-60 minutes on ball handling, and 30-45 minutes on scoring and shooting.
All workouts are drop in only. No registration required.
